1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Aarviz Technology Private Limited ("Aarviz," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Aarviz provides software product engineering services, including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Web and mobile application development
• UI/UX design services
• Product strategy and consulting
• Quality assurance and testing
• Maintenance and support services
• Web3 and blockchain solutions
• Fintech solutions

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

• All deliverables created specifically for you become your property upon full payment
• Aarviz retains ownership of its proprietary methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• You grant us permission to use your project as a case study (with your approval)
• Both parties respect each other's existing intellectual property rights

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

6. Confidentiality

We understand the importance of confidentiality in business relationships. Both parties agree to:

• Keep confidential information secure and protected
• Use confidential information only for the intended project purposes
• Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent
• Return or destroy confidential information upon project completion

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aarviz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to provide uninterrupted services, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. We may perform maintenance, updates, or improvements that could temporarily affect service availability.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in individual agreements. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become due immediately
• Each party returns confidential information
• Completed work deliverables are transferred as agreed
• Both parties fulfill any remaining obligations

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
